Shipping, Local Pick Up & Returns
- $3.99 for items under 0-0.6 pounds (USPS First Class shipping), $5.99 for 0.61-0.99 pounds, $9.99 (USPS Priority shipping) for orders over 1 pound to 4.99 pounds.

- All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days
- Items can be purchased online and picked up at our store in Amherst. Cash on delivery (COD) must be paid within 3 days of ordering.
- Paid items must be picked up in 2 weeks or the item will be shipped at buyers expense.
- Our Return Policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/tags on.
- To complete your return we require receipt or proof of purchase.
- To return your item, please email email@example.com with what you would like to return, and reason for return. Once your return is approved you may mail it back to Adeline's Closet Boutique, 142 S Main Street, Amherst, WI 54406.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Store Credit will be provided in the form of a GIFT CARD for all items returned within 21 days after delivery. Items must be received no later than 21 days after purchase date, no exceptions. Items received after the valid period will be shipped back at buyers expense, or donated if requested.
- Store credit is valid for 5 years.
- Please allow up to 7 days for your return to be processed.
- SALE, Clearance and Mystery Bag items are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are not refundable.
- If any defective or damaged items are received, contact the store within 3 days of receiving your item for exchange or refund.
